Mahindra Xylo E4 BS III  variant abides by the BS III regulations and has been crafted under the keen surveillance of Mahindra’s highly qualified engineers. The company has blessed this variant with an active and responsive 2.5 litre of engine, which generates 112 PS of peak power at 3600 rpm accompanied with 260 Nm of peak torque at 1400-2600rpm. This 2.5 litre of mEagle engine has a displacement of 2498cc and has been cleverly coupled with a smart 5 speed manual gearbox. The digital drive assist system, rear wash and wiper accompanied with additional stability technology, tilt steering, wheel covers, flatbed seats, and dual air conditioning system and engine immobilizer add further more charm and glory to the MPV. This variant uses the 2489cc diesel unit producing 110bhp mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. It features air conditioning, steering wheel adjust, tachometer and tripmeters, power steering, power windows, rear wash and wipe, central locking and a flat bed seat setup. The new Xylo takes an already-successful vehicle and takes it further: Mahindra is now clearly aiming for more of the Innova's share after proving itself and as such offers more features than ever before with a nominal increase in price. Voice-activated functions are the new thing to shout about - pun unintended - but the interior is now a big improvement over the earlier iteration's.
