The four variants of Ford Figo, namely LXI, EXI, ZXI and Titanium, are available in both petrol and diesel versions. The1966cc, 1.2L petrol engine delivers 71ps at 6250rpm maximum output and 102NM at 4000rpm maximum torque. Ford has incorporated the popular Duratorq diesel engine, which is also present in Fiesta and Ikon, in the diesel variants of Figo. The 1399cc, 1.4L Duratorq diesel four-cylinder engine offers 69ps at 4000 rpm peak power and 160Nm at 2000 rpm maximum torque. Ford has included manual transmission system, 5 speed gear box, power steering in the car. Ford Figo is a fuel-efficient car that guarantees comfortable and safe driving on the Indian roads. It runs at a maximum speed of 148km per hour. Ford has incorporated the “distance to empty” feature in the cars, which will inform drivers the distance they can travel with the fuel currently present in the fuel tank. The petrol variant delivers 12.5 km per liter mileage on city roads and 15.5 km per liter mileage on highways, and the Ford Figo cars running on diesel engine offer 14.5 km per liter mileage on city roads and 18.5 km per liter mileage on highways. Ford Figo boasts a stylish exterior and a comfortable interior. The Coral interior of Figo Titanium and ZXI boasts silver accents on the handles and centre consol, reddish brown dashboard and reddish upholstery. The entertainment features of the car include built-in stereo system for playing MP3 and CD, Bluetooth, Auxiliary-In and USB port. Ford has included sound safety features and braking system in the car. The top end model is equipped with anti-lock braking system (ABS) and electronic brakeforce distribution. Other safety features of Ford Figo include front suspension comprised of Independent McPherson strut with Dual Path Mounts, and coil springs and semi independent twist beam as rear suspension, ventilated brake at the front and rear drum brake.
